We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our expanding team. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our wide range of safety net solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Arrange meetings with potential clients and present our products and services convincingly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of sales success, ideally in a B2B setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
Proficiency in Englis, Hindi, Telugu communication is a must.
