We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies across various online channels. You will work closely with the management team to create and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. Your goal is to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate high-quality leads for our safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and conversions to optimize our online presence.
Manage and grow our social media profiles and engage with our online community.
Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, videos, and other relevant content.
Collaborate with graphic designers to develop eye-catching visuals and multimedia content.
Monitor the performance of our digital advertising campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Identify emerging trends in digital marketing and ensure the brand s presence aligns with these trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, email marketing, and various social media platforms.
Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Creativity, problem-solving skills, and an ability to think outside the box.
Must have proficiency in Telugu communication.
