Job Description

  5. Monitor performance appraisals and career growth plans.
  6. Ensure legal compliance in hiring, labor laws, and company policies.
  7. Design employee retention and motivation strategies.
  8. Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and leave management.
  9. Finance Responsibilities:

  10. Manage

    daily financial transactions

    including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
  11. Oversee payroll processing, salary structures, and commissions.
  12. Track expenses, invoices, vendor payments, and financial reports.
  13. Maintain compliance with tax regulations, GST, and statutory filings.
  14. Assist in

    budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control measures

  16. Analyze financial risks and recommend cost-saving strategies.
