Human Resources Management

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys HVAC business goals.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of skilled technicians, engineers, and office staff.
Oversee training programs on safety, technical skills, and compliance (e.g., OSHA, HVAC certifications).
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and industry standards.
Foster a positive workplace culture to improve productivity and employee satisfaction.

Finance Management

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and project profitability.
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, auditing requirements, and financial regulations.
Implement cost-control measures to optimize HVAC project expenses.
Conduct financial analysis for pricing strategies, bids, and HVAC project tenders.
