As a Customer Support Associate, you will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical, assisting in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and ensuring prompt and effective resolutions to customer issues. You will also support inbound sales through upselling and cross-selling of products or services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your role will involve addressing complaints, managing disputes, and ensuring all cases are closed within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.
Handle inbound customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism.
Provide timely and effective resolutions within SLA timelines.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Handle disputes and dissatisfied customers with empathy and efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in customer experience.
Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, sales conversions, and quality metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability in upselling, cross-selling, and inbound sales.
Escalation handling and dispute resolution expertise.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.

Graduate in any discipline (Freshers or candidates with prior customer support/sales experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in rotational or fixed afternoon shifts.
Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline).
Experience:

Prior experience in Customer Support, Inbound Sales, or BPO voice process will be an added advantage.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of sales techniques upselling, cross-selling, and objection handling.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve escalations efficiently.
Strong time management, multitasking, and deadline-oriented mindset.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, ticketing systems, etc.).
