Training Coordinator

As a Training Program Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of the organization. This includes identifying training needs, designing and delivering training courses, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs. You will also be required to monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
