Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator located in Mohadi, Nashik. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing training programs for different stakeholders, including farmers and agri-entrepreneurs. Key responsibilities include coordinating training schedules, managing communication with participants, providing support during training sessions, and ensuring the quality of training content in alignment with organizational goals. The role also entails collaborating with trainers, tracking learning outcomes, and preparing reports to measure program effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Agriculture is preferred
  • Experience in the agricultural sector or training domain is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed for training programs
  • Proficiency in regional languages is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including farmers, entrepreneurs, and industry experts
  • Organizational skills with a focus on planning and time management
