We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive to support our finance and compliance operations. Major Responsibilities Maintain computerized books of accounts and record daily accounting transactions. Create and manage customer and vendor accounts in the accounting system. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reimbursements promptly and accurately. Prepare and maintain petty cash records. Prepare cash, bank, and journal vouchers, and account for them in the books. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, and Professional Tax). Record purchase and sales transactions in the system. Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements. Verify vendor payments against purchase orders, goods received notes, and invoices. Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and staff expense records. Assist in employee salary calculation and disbursement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (or equivalent qualification). 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Zoho Books or equivalent). Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Job role: We are looking for a skilled co-ordinator who will be able to augment the training team to ensure the trainings are effectively planned, all the pre and post training activities are completed. Should be able to interface with the clients to effectively co-ordinate and also grow the business. Responsibilities : Reach out to customers to understand their training requirements Develop and maintain documentation, records, and reports related to training activities. Work with the customers to plan the trainings and publish a training calendar Schedule the trainings, maintain the LMS and ensure the same is delivered flawlessly.
