Process Trainer

** On Paper experience as a Trainer for at least 1 .5 years into BPO is a must**

Overall experience should be minimum 3 - 5 years.

Role and Responsibilities:

• New Hire Training (NHT):

  Lead training sessions for new hires focused on customer service skills, process knowledge, and product knoshwledge (CORE Training).

• Floor Support:

  Provide on-the-job support and guidance to trainees as per process requirements, helping them apply their learning effectively.

• Quality Coordination:

  Collaborate with the quality team to conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure training programs are aligned with performance metrics.

• Feedback and Sessions:

  Conduct feedback sessions and additional training as required, ensuring continuous improvement and skill development.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 1.5 year of proven experience as a Process Trainer for processes is required.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and engage trainees
