About the Role:

We are seeking a Trainer to support the Centre for Academic and Professional Support (CAPS). The role involves conducting academic and professional development sessions, coordinating mentorship activities, supporting institutional projects, and ensuring smooth implementation of CAPS initiatives across the campus. The Mentor will work closely with faculty, students, alumni, and various departments to enhance learning and development outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops, mentorship sessions, and training programs
• Coordinate CAPS calendars, meetings, and project timelines
• Support academic and professional development initiatives across departments
• Manage documentation, reports, and communication for CAPS activities
• Guide and oversee student and alumni volunteers
• Contribute to newsletters, content creation, and centre outreach activities

Qualifications & Skills:

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (psychology, English, business, education, etc.)
• 1–2 years of experience in mentoring, training, project coordination, or student development
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
