Job Description

1. Training DeliveryConduct classroom or online training sessions focused on DRI exam syllabus. Explain concepts clearly using examples, demonstrations, and learning aids. Deliver lectures, practice tests, and group activities. 2. Curriculum & ContentDevelop, update, and maintain training materials aligned with DRI exam standards. Prepare mock tests, assignments, and revision modules. 3. Learner SupportAssess trainee performance and provide individualized feedback. Offer doubt-clearing sessions and exam-writing strategies. Track student progress and maintain training records. 4. Assessment & EvaluationConduct periodic assessments, quizzes, and full-length mock exams. Analyze results and suggest improvement plans. 5. Administration & CoordinationCoordinate with the training manager for scheduling sessions. Maintain attendance, performance reports, and documentation. Required Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (relevant field preferred). Certified in DRI or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of DRI exam syllabus and guidelines.
