Senior Counsellor

In this pivotal role, you will:

✅ Provide individual and group counselling to students and faculty on academic, personal, and career-related challenges.

✅ Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of junior counsellors.

✅ Design and implement mental health programs, workshops, and awareness initiatives.

✅ Collaborate with academic and student affairs departments to strengthen mental health services across campus.

What we’re looking for:

🎓 Master’s/Doctoral degree in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

🧑‍💼 8–10 years of counselling experience (preferably in academic settings).

🌱 Minimum 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.

💡 Strong clinical background, crisis intervention expertise, and program development skills.
