Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in configuring Cisco CUCM (device pools, DNs, partitions, CSS, dial plans)
Support SIP trunks, CUBE, and voice gateway (H.323/SIP/MGCP) setups
Work on VoIP/SIP call flows, RTP analysis, and codec configurations
Assist with Unity Connection (users, call handlers)
Participate in lab setups, system builds, migrations, and integrations
Use Wireshark/RTMT for basic SIP/RTP troubleshooting
Prepare simple technical documentation as needed.

Required Skills

Training or certification in CCNA Voice / CCNA Collaboration.
Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, RTP, codecs, and dial plans.
Networking fundamentals: VLANs, DHCP Option 150, DNS, basic QoS.
Exposure to CUCM, CUBE, Unity, UCCX is an advantage.
Hands-on practice in Packet Tracer / EVE-NG / GNS3.
