Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Budgeting Strategy and forecasting Fiscal budget forecasting for Core based on inputs from various stakeholders viz. Business, Marketing, COG, Radio Planning and Enterprise. Long Range Planning (LRP), annual and quarterly capex budgeting strategies for Core domain. Capex budget finalisation for the year, present annual budgets to CXOs. Review budget requests for approval. Prioritization and allocations based on criticality across sub domains and circles.
