Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Steward in Etopia Malgudi. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to high standards of hospitality.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective communication skills to enhance teamwork.
Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
