Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products, services, and processes meet quality standards and client expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bugs, process gaps, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various systems and platforms. Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and process inefficiencies. Analyze test results and log defects in issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality. Conduct audits, reviews, and inspections of processes and documentation. Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvement and optimization. Prepare reports and dashboards on quality metrics, test coverage, and defect trends. Stay updated with the latest QA tools, techniques, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in performance and security testing. Understanding of databases and ability to write basic SQL queries.
