● Call customers to remind them about overdue loan payments (personal, business, or
consumer loans).
● Explain EMI due dates and payment details.
● Maintain a polite and professional tone.
● Update call records and payment commitments in the system.
● Report any unresolved issues to senior staff.
● Education: HSC or Graduate (any stream)
● Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, customer service, or collections preferred
● DRA certification is a plus
● Good communication skills in English and local languages
● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
● Strong negotiation and listening skills
● Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.)
● Experience in BPO, finance, or loan recovery
