Job Title : Tele Collection Executive Location : Thane We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele Collection Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect overdue payments, maintaining accurate records of collection activities, and ensuring high levels of customer service while meeting collection targets. Job Responsibilities : ● Call customers to remind them about overdue loan payments (personal, business, or consumer loans). ● Explain EMI due dates and payment details. ● Maintain a polite and professional tone. ● Update call records and payment commitments in the system. ● Report any unresolved issues to senior staff. Requirements : ● Education: HSC or Graduate (any stream) ● Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, customer service, or collections preferred ● DRA certification is a plus ● Good communication skills in English and local languages ● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) ● Strong negotiation and listening skills Good to Have : ● Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.) ● Experience in BPO, finance, or loan recovery
