Job Title: Sales Manager – Unsecured Business Loan Locations: Chembur, Vashi, Pune. Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years in Unsecured Business Loan Sales Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in Unsecured Business Loan (UBL) sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through multiple channels including DSA (Direct Selling Agent) sourcing, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in Chembur, Vashi, and Pune. Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) for lead generation and business sourcing. Generate new leads and acquire clients for Unsecured Business Loans. Conduct detailed financial needs analysis and recommend suitable loan products. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate closely with credit, operations, and documentation teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal. Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback. Maintain accurate sales and client records for performance tracking and reporting. Candidate Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in selling Unsecured Business Loans, preferably with exposure to DSA-driven sourcing.
