Position: Finance Manager Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Oversee Daily Accounting Operations Supervise daily accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Prepare and Analyze Financial Reports Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, providing detailed insights to support management in decision-making. Coordinate with External Accountants Collaborate with Chartered Accountants to ensure accurate tran saction recording in Tally and timely preparation of financial statements. Facilitate Comprehensive Audits Conduct thorough audits to ensure transparency, accountability, and adherence to financial best practices. Monitor Project Financial Performance Track the financial performance of skilling and livelihood enhancement projects, focusing on cost monitoring and identifying optimization opportunities. Ensure Statutory Compliance Ensure timely compliance with Provident Fund, TDS, GST, and other statutory regulations. Develop Financial Plans Create and maintain financial plans to monitor fund utilization and provide management with updates on the financial position. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA preferred). Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
