Finance Manager

Job Title: Manager - Finance

Experience: 5-7 Years

Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai

Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: CFO

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Accounts Finalization

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS and Companies Act requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of books of accounts with complete accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and lead audit processes. Regulatory & Tax Compliance
• Ensure timely filing and compliance with all statutory requirements under Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable laws.
• Prepare tax computations, returns, and handle assessments or audits by tax authorities.
• Implement updates in regulatory changes and assess their impact on the company.

2. ERP & Systems

• Leverage Microsoft Dynamics Business Central for accounting, reporting, and control processes.
• Ensure accurate mapping of transactions in the ERP and support automation and system improvements.

3. Compliance for Listed Entity

• Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations, Companies Act disclosures, and other listing requirements.
• Assist in preparation and review of quarterly results, board presentations, and investor documents.

4. Internal Controls & Process Improvements

• Strengthen internal controls and standard operating procedures across finance functions.
• Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
