Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to meet targets.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments.
Conduct tele-collections and negotiate payment plans with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
