Job Description

As a Territory Service Manager at Simpleenergy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all business aspects are in place, including manpower hiring and training. You will be responsible for maintaining good relations with dealers, communicating with customers to determine their needs, and selling dealership service capabilities based on features, advantages, and benefits. Your role will involve sharing and implementing best practices to achieve a high level of customer service and leading a team of city managers to manage service processes effectively. It will be your responsibility to ensure dealer performance meets profit guidelines, drive faster closure on corrective advice for field vehicles, and conduct regular surveys of competitors in the local market to optimize the service process in terms of quality and profitability. Additionally, you will need to prepare and submit accurate zone-wise KPI reports by the end of every month, monitor customer complaints and warranty issues, and conduct periodical customer satisfaction surveys to exceed the CSI with different customers. You will be expected to escalate any surge in field issues to the CQA, ensure quick closure on claim escalations with the finance team, and provide technical guidance and troubleshooting solutions with the help of CQA. Training the team on various aspects mentioned above will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a fair understanding of business expansion, product, and general automobile business knowledge. Proven skills in dealer/customer relations both in person and over the telephone are essential. To be eligible for this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering and have 3-10 years of significant experience in Automotive After Sales & Service operations.
