About the Role:

We are looking for a Territory Manager Service to lead our service operations for the Chandigarh region. The role involves managing field service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving service revenue through AMC, CMC, and on-call support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership skills to manage service delivery for industrial or electromechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the service team across the assigned territory.
  
• Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
  
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective service operations and quick response.
  
• Achieve service revenue targets via AMC, CMC, spare parts, and call-based services.
  
• Coordinate with sales, product support, and service partners for smooth operations.
  
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  
• Provide feedback to improve product reliability and service processes.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in service operations for Garage Equipment, Pumps, Motors, or Generators
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and field service operations.
  
• Proven track record in customer handling and team management.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and reporting skills.
