Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Executive – Sales & Service to assist our sales efforts in South India. This is a field sales position requiring frequent customer visits for business development, product trials, application support, equipment installation, and customer complaint resolution. The ideal candidate will help implement business plans, support revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through technical and sales engagement Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Sales & Business Development Managers in South India. • Conduct regular customer visits to support sales, product trials, and application activities. • Track customer order and delivery status. • Follow up with customers for timely payment realization. • Conduct field trials of lubricants and related products, generate reports, and convert trials into regular orders. • Install spray systems and related equipment at customer sites. • Address and document customer complaints; analyze and propose resolutions. • Submit weekly and monthly visit reports, feedback, and test summaries to the Manager/Head Office. • Act as the first point of contact for on-site grievances and escalate as necessary. Qualification and Skills : • Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering OR Bachelor’s Degree in Science Technical Skills: • Knowledge of lubricant applications, spray systems, or automation solutions • Familiarity with production setups and measuring tools • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Competent in drafting client communications and basic reports Soft Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. • Detail-oriented with a hands-on problem-solving approach. Other Requirements: • Fluent in English • Must own a two-wheeler • Physically fit and willing to travel extensively for client visits and field trials • Presentable and professional during client interactions • Resident job; no regional office visits required, quarterly visits to Mumbai or Pune offices may be necessary.
