KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, and local marketing efforts. • Should be comfortable to drive demo vehicle 3/4 wheeler to location and trial. • Convert prospects into customers by showcasing product benefits and addressing queries. • Maintain and update the sales pipeline for every stage of the customer journey. • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and support customers with test drives. • Participate in BTL (Below-the-Line) activities, promotional events campaigns. • build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral sales. • Ensure proper reporting of leads, conversions, and daily activity to the sales manager. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler loader vehicles. Load, transport, and deliver goods to customers or company locations in a timely manner. Handle goods carefully to prevent damage during loading, transit, and unloading. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, report maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with traffic rules. Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and any required paperwork. Communicate effectively with the dispatch/operations team regarding delivery status. Follow all company policies related to safety, integrity, and customer service. Key Requirements: Valid driving license for 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler commercial vehicles. Minimum 1 years of driving experience in city delivery operations (preferred). Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations. Physically fit to handle goods and perform loading/unloading tasks. Strong sense of punctuality, integrity, and professionalism. Good communication skills and a neat appearance. Should have smartphone and can see and operate Google maps.
