Job Description

Job Title:

Company:

Role & responsibilities

Manage and develop sales network within the assigned territory.
Appoint and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key farmers.
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and product promotional activities.
Regularly collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and credit management updates.
Support marketing campaigns and ensure on-ground execution of company schemes.
Handle territory collections and maintain healthy business relationships with trade partners.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:
B.Sc. (Agriculture) / M.Sc. (Agri) / B.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years
in
Agrochemical / Pesticide / Fertilizer sales
.
Background:
Must be from the
Agriculture or Agrochemical sector
with proven territory management experience.
