Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's pesticides, PGRs, and fertilizers to distributors, retailers, and farmers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, farmer meetings, and field visits to promote brand awareness.
  • Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and local events.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the regional head.
