Role & responsibilities Promote and sell the company's pesticides, PGRs, and fertilizers to distributors, retailers, and farmers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Conduct product demonstrations, farmer meetings, and field visits to promote brand awareness. Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and local events. Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the regional head.
