About the Role

We are hiring a AM - Tender management to support tender and bid-related activities. The role requires strong financial analysis skills, data extraction from enterprise systems, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and interpret

    P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports

    .
  • Extract & validate financial data from ERP systems (AMS-Emerge, SARB, SAIBA, JDE).
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Compliance & Claims teams for

    bid due diligence

    .
  • Compile, format, and upload bid-related data to portals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards.

Requirements

  • Inter CA or MBA (Finance).
  • 5–7 years’ experience in

    financial analysis

    within insurance, banking, or consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with

    tender/RFP/bidding processes

    .
  • Strong

    Excel skills

    ; Power BI exposure preferred.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
