We are scaling our operations to participate in high-value railway tenders across zones and divisions, and we require a Railways Tender Manager with deep domain expertis e . 🎯 Role & Responsibilities • Lead and manage the entire railway tendering team with accountability for all submissions. • Revi ew, prepare, and submit tenders/RFPs exclusively for Indian Railways projects (Civil, Track, Signaling, Electrification, Bridges, and EPC works). • Inte rpret and apply provisions of Railways GCC 2022, tender circulars, corrigenda, and policy updates. • Mana ge credentials and eligibility mapping of JV partners, SPVs, and parent companies in line with Railway norms. • Coor dinate with authorities across Railway Zones, Divisions, and Construction Organisations for tender clarifications. • Over see documentation for EMDs, BGs, affidavits, and credential certificates as per Railways standards. • Main tain a database of past railway works, credentials, and experience certificates for tender usage. • Guid e the estimation team with accurate inputs on railway BOQs, schedule items, PVC, and cost structures. • Trac k upcoming tenders on IREPS and Railway Board circulars, ensuring proactive participation. • Ment or junior tender staff on Railways documentation, compliance, and submission practice s . 👤 Candidate Profile • Mini mum 15 years of experience in Railways tendering only (Civil/Track/Electrical/S&T verticals). • Prov en success in handling large-value Railway EPC and item-rate tenders. • In-d epth knowledge of: • Rail way GCC 2022 (and updates) • SPV/ JV credential rules • Tend ering procedures of various Railway Zones & PSUs (RVNL, IRCON, DFCCIL, RITES, etc.) • Stro ng liaisoning skills with Railway tender authorities. • Qual ification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (mandatory ) . 💰 Salary & Perks • CTC: ₹30–40 Lakhs per annum (negotiable based on Railways experience). • Perf ormance Bonus: Based on successful tender award s . 🚆 Why Join Us? • 100% railway-focused portfolio – no distractions from other sectors. • Be t he decision-maker for all Railway tenders at Foresly. • Dire ct exposure to large EPC projects, SPVs, and high-value JV collaborations. • A pl atform to apply your Railways-specific expertise in a fast-growing infra fir m . 📩 Apply NowSend yo ur detailed CV highlighting Railway Tendering Experience only t o:
