We’re in the business of solar photovoltaic power plant design, development, installations, financing and commissioning for residential, commercial, government and utility sectors. We’re actively hiring for multiple positions. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all aspects of tender submissions, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Engage in contract negotiations to secure competitive terms in alignment with company objectives. Conduct comprehensive market research to support strategic decision-making and bid strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for tender documentation. Maintain updated records of all tenders and proposals to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to enhance business operations. Analyze cost estimates to determine pricing strategies that align with market conditions. Prepare regular reports on tender activities and outcomes to inform management decisions. Qualifications Diploma /Graduate with experience in bid management and the ability to organize and manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously (Mandatory skill). Proficient in tender documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications (Mandatory skill). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for efficient data analysis and tracking (Mandatory skill). Skilled in contract negotiation to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company. Ability to conduct detailed market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. Competence in vendor management to establish and maintain productive supplier relationships. Experience in cost estimation to ensure competitive pricing during the bidding process. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective documentation and reporting.
