Tender Manager

We are looking for Tender Manager for Mumbai location.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and strategic Tender Manager to lead the end-to-end tendering process. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to prepare competitive, compliant, and compelling proposals. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep knowledge of tendering regulations, and a proven track record in winning bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify suitable tenders and bidding opportunities through various sources.
• Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) and prepare a checklist of requirements and deliverables.
• Lead the proposal development process—including documentation, pricing, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, technical) to gather necessary inputs.
• Ensure tender submissions are compliant with client requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain and update a database of tenders, bids, and proposals.
• Conduct post-bid analysis, prepare win/loss reports, and suggest improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key government/private clients and procurement agencies.
• Track industry trends and competitor strategies to improve bid success rates.
• Ensure all documentation is archived and auditable for future reference.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tender management or bidding in advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of public procurement guidelines and commercial contract terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with e-tendering portals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with government or institutional clients.
• Familiarity with e-procurement portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state tender portals).
• Certification in bid/tender management or contract administration is a plus.
