Bid Preparation : Prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring that the pricing, terms, and specifications meet customer requirements while being competitive. Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with engineering, finance, and legal departments to ensure all technical, financial, and contractual aspects of tenders are properly addressed. Tender Strategy : Identify opportunities in public and private sector tenders and develop strategies to optimize win rates and competitiveness. Documentation & Record Keeping : Maintain a library of previous tenders, proposals, and responses for future reference and process improvement. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Additional certifications in tendering or project management are a plus. Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or tendering within the electrical or manufacturing industry. Skills : Strong knowledge of marketing techniques, including digital marketing, market research, and branding. Proven experience in preparing and submitting tenders, with a solid understanding of tender documentation, legal terms, and bid evaluation. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to clients and internal teams. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and tendering tools. Attributes : Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with different teams.
