Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Tendering Specialist will oversee tender management processes, coordinate bid preparation, and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing tender documents, preparing proposals, managing documentation, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders to meet project objectives. Qualifications Experience in Tender Management and Proposal Writing Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating tender requirements and procurement data Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams Knowledge of Procurement processes and industry best practices Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle documentation efficiently Familiarity with e-tendering platforms and government procurement systems is a plus Proficiency in MS Office tools and other relevant software Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
