Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Tendering Specialist will oversee tender management processes, coordinate bid preparation, and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing tender documents, preparing proposals, managing documentation, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating tender requirements and procurement data
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
• Knowledge of Procurement processes and industry best practices
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle documentation efficiently
• Familiarity with e-tendering platforms and government procurement systems is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and other relevant software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
