Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing all tender processes, analyzing project requirements, creating and submitting proposals, and liaising with procurement teams. Other daily responsibilities include collaborating with team members, maintaining compliance with tender guidelines, and ensuring timely submissions to meet project goals and deadlines.

• Strong experience in Tender Management and Procurement processes
• Proficiency in Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent Communication and Proposal Writing abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing tender documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory guidelines
• Proficiency in relevant software tools is an advantage
• Prior experience in the IT, automation, or technology sectors is a plus
