Tendering Specialist

Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, track, and

  filter relevant tenders

  from various portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals, e-procurement sites, etc.)
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical & commercial requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, operations) for document collection and inputs

• Prepare, fill, and submit tenders

  (online/offline) within defined timelines
• Manage

  end-to-end tender process

  , including pre-bid queries, clarifications, and corrigendums
• Maintain proper documentation and tender records for audit and reference
• Lead and

  manage the tender team

  , assign tasks, and ensure timely execution
• Track tender status, results, and maintain MIS reports
• Coordinate post-award activities such as LOA, agreement signing, and compliance submissions
• Handle

  invoice generation, submission, and payment follow-ups

• Liaise with clients, government departments, and authorities for tender-related communication
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tender guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  tender management / bidding process

• Strong understanding of government & private tender procedures
• Hands-on experience with

  e-tender portals

  (GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.)
• Good knowledge of documentation, BOQ, technical & commercial bids
• Strong coordination, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools)
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or related field
• Experience in IT / Services sector
• Familiarity with compliance and contract terms
