Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Head

Location: [Mumbai ,Thane , New mumbai]

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

To identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for fire protection and life safety systems projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, technical compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate sales leads for fire protection system projects (Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Gas Suppression, etc.).

Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements, tender documents, and NFPA/local code standards.

Conduct site surveys and coordinate with design/estimation teams to prepare accurate quotations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, MEP firms, and end users.

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the project execution team.

Follow up on payments, project progress, and client satisfaction.

Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging fire protection technologies.

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering (preferred).

27 years of experience in project sales or business development in the fire protection or MEP industry.

Strong technical knowledge of NFPA standards, local fire codes, and system components.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and CRM tools.

Valid driving license (if field sales role).
