Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate sales leads for fire protection system projects (Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Gas Suppression, etc.). Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements, tender documents, and NFPA/local code standards. Conduct site surveys and coordinate with design/estimation teams to prepare accurate quotations. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, MEP firms, and end users. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the project execution team. Follow up on payments, project progress, and client satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging fire protection technologies. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering (preferred). 27 years of experience in project sales or business development in the fire protection or MEP industry. Strong technical knowledge of NFPA standards, local fire codes, and system components. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and CRM tools. Valid driving license (if field sales role). Role & responsibilities Senior Project Engineer (Fire Protection) Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler & FAPA Project Planning& Execution Monitoring & achieving customer approved project timeline Coordinate with Client & Consultant for Shop floor Drawings approvals, BOQ validation as per PO Qty, PO Amendments & Technical Data sheet Approval (TDS) from Customer/client Coordinate with draftsman for making as-built drawings and submission to client. Attending weekly site /safety meetings and take corrective action on safety and project execution. Addressing the Installation & commissioning issues with sub-contractors and Management BOQ Preparation / validation Making of Pump room SLD/Schematic Drawing and its execution Making Purchase intent and coordinating with office for procurement as per project requirement Checking & Receiving material at site and get the related documentation as per client billing requirement Issuing material to contractors from store Coordinating with client for store Room allocation for new project / workers accommodation arrangement in sites if available. Assuring all the works carrying on site as per relevant IS/NBC/local codes & Pre Noc-conditions Getting Work & Hot permits daily Coordinating for New workers / supervisor medial with client approved Doctors and get it done. Coordinating with sub-contractors and their workers for details required for ESIC & PF and submit the same to office for enrolment Getting the monthly ESIC/PF details from office and submit the same to client as per their required format along with List of documents Induction and safety training of new workers Welding machine, Lifting tools &Tackle inspection Coordinate with client and office for Billings and payments Checking and validating of sub-contractors bills and approvals and coordinating with office for their timely payments as per work order terms Making Joint measurements with clients and sub-contractors. Search for new sub-contractors / labor contractors and getting quotes and negotiate them Coordinate with Office for sub-contractor work orders issuance.
