We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Tender Executive to manage and coordinate the end-to-end tendering process for government, institutional, and private clients. The role involves handling all activities related to tender search, documentation, submission, and compliance, along with supporting internal sales operations and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Management

Search and identify suitable tenders on GeM and other e-procurement portals.

Registration of brands / product on the GeM and other e portals.

Review tender documents, prepare eligibility and technical documents, and ensure timely bid submission.

Coordinate internally for collection of certificates, financials, and authorization letters required for submission.

Manage online and offline submission, including preparation of EMD, tender fees, and supporting transmittals.

Attend pre-bid meetings, clarify technical queries, and assist in price negotiation or contract discussion.

Maintain detailed records of tenders, submissions, and outcomes; prepare MIS reports for management review.

Handle vendor registration, renewal, and empanelment processes with institutional clients.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for post-award documentation, dispatch, and payment follow-up.

Sales Support

Support the sales team in preparing quotations and technical-commercial offers.

Coordinate with customers for order status, dispatch updates, and payment-related communication.

Handling issues regarding localization/ import substitution with the customers

Assist in documentation for purchase orders, vendor registration, and institutional sales requirements.

Maintain CRM and internal records for sales inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

Generate reports and assist in general sales documentation and communication with regional teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. or Graduate with relevant experience in tendering.

Experience

1 to 3 years of experience in tender preparation, submission, and coordination and sales support.

Prior exposure to GeM and e-procurement portals is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of tender processes and government procurement systems.

Excellent documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple task simultaneously.

Location Preference

Candidates based in Navi Mumbai & Thane will be preferred.
