As an Event & Vendor Compliance Coordinator at Fte Events, a premier luxury event agency, you will be responsible for managing all vendor documentation and permit compliance for Dubai-based events. With a minimum requirement of 7 years of experience, this role requires a highly organized and detail-focused professional to ensure flawless back-end execution of events in Dubai. Your key responsibilities will include managing all Dubai-based vendor documentation such as KYC, trade licenses, insurance, NDAs, and SOWs. You will be responsible for maintaining trackers of document validity, renewal timelines, and vendor status. Additionally, overseeing permit applications, liaising with Dubai venues and partners, conducting pre-event compliance audits, and organizing structured documentation folders for each Dubai event are vital aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and event management skills, experience in vendor compliance and contract negotiation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. A background in the hospitality or event planning industry and a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field would be beneficial. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in vendor compliance, documentation coordination, or event operations, you should have a deep understanding of vendor onboarding, trade licenses, insurance requirements, etc. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and cloud documentation systems, strong communication skills, high ownership, urgency with deadlines, and attention to detail are essential for this role. This Gurgaon-based position requires you to work from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST from Monday to Saturday with Sundays off. The salary offered ranges from 7 to 11 LPA, which includes base salary, compliance bonus, and reimbursements. Occasional travel to Dubai may be required for this role, but it is not frequent.
