Key Responsibilities- Scan, identify, and evaluate relevant tenders from all major tender portals (GeM, IREPS, Railways, Government eProcurement, etc.)
- Understand tender documents and requirements for welded wire mesh, fences, and company product range- Maintain clear documentation of all tender activities, bid submissions, and results- Prepare and submit tender documents, including all technical/commercial attachments- Attend to early/late working hours for urgent tender tasks- Regularly update internal tender trackers and MIS reports

Skills & Qualities- Understand all major tender portals
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills- Able to quickly scan, interpret, and summarize product specs- Willing to work flexible hours when required- Technologically savvy, comfortable with computers & AI tools- Basic knowledge of fencing, mesh, and company products

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets
- Experience in tendering/Government procurement (preferred)- Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Bengali)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
