Your Key Responsibilities Assisting in complete procurement activities- Getting best rates after negotiations for the items to be supplied, getting dealerships from multinational suppliers, supplier-IOPL relationship Taking part in GEM tendering/other competitive bidding process Assisting in tender making: Government (Offline & Online) and Private Please note it will be work from office job. Skills And Attributes For Success Great Sourcing & Negotiation Skills Well versed with MS Office (Especially MS Word) Good analytical skills with a logical mind-set Excellent Communication Skills (Both verbal and written) To qualify for the role, you must have Handle government tenders (Central & State), including uploading documents, bid preparation, and submission. Work on GeM portal for product listing, bid participation, and order processing. Maintain records of tenders, POs, invoices, and payments. Assist in accounts management , vendor payments, and reconciliations. Manage Excel sheets for tender tracking, pricing, and inventory details. Coordinate with manufacturers, government departments, and logistics partners. Ideally, you'll also have Proficiency in GeM portal and tender-related procedures. Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Graduate (preferably in Commerce or related field). Prior experience in tender management or pharma industry preferred.
