Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the entire e-bidding process from identifying opportunities to submission and follow-up on the GeM portal.
Prepare all necessary documentation required for bid submissions, including technical and financial proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender specifications.
Ensure all bids comply with the tender requirements, company policies, and relevant regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-bidding regulations and standards.
Work closely with various internal stakeholders to gather required information and approvals for bid submissions.
Submit bids within deadlines, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. Manage any clarifications or queries related to the bid from the tendering authorities.
Track submitted bids, respond to any post-submission queries, and manage negotiations as required.
Prepare regular reports on bid status, success rates, and other relevant metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for improving the bid success rate.

Skills and

Any graduate
Min. 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in e-bidding or tendering, preferably with exposure to government and private utility sectors
Strong understanding the GeM portal and other e-bidding platforms
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and ethical mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
