Job Title: Tender Executive Location: Panchkula Department: Tendering / Sales Support / Business Development Salary: 20 to 30 K Reporting to: Tendering Manager / Head – Sales & Marketing Qualifications & Experience: Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics or Graduate in any discipline with technical background. Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in tendering or sales coordination (preferably in electrical industry). Familiarity with HT/LT Panels, VCBs, EHV, and electrical control systems is an added advantage. Experience in handling online and offline tender on government portals (e.g., GeM, Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), IREPS eProcurement, etc.). Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and result -oriented Tender Executive to support the complete tendering and bidding process for electrical projects. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids in compliance with customer and government tender requirements. Key Responsibilities: Review and study tender documents including BOQs, specifications, and drawings received from clients (Govt./PSUs/Private). Coordinate with internal departments (design, procurement, finance) for technical and commercial inputs. Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents, technical proposals, and price bids within deadlines. Follow up on tender websites/portals (e-tendering) for new opportunities and updates. Maintain tender database, keep records of submissions, and update management on tender status. Ensure compliance with client requirements and government regulations during tender submission. Assist in preparation of bid summaries, cost sheets, and proposal documentation. Attend pre-bid meetings, record clarifications, and update submission documents accordingly. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best pricing and delivery terms for quoting. Support the team in bid evaluations, risk assessment, and tender negotiations.
