Job Description

Roles and responsibilities: 1. Cold Calling & Lead Conversion Personally make 75–100 calls/day to cold/warm leads. Qualify and convert B2B and B2C customers over the phone. Explain services like bulk diesel delivery, ATD Blue, emergency fuel, and memberships. 2. CRM & Calling Data Management Maintain lead pipeline in a CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, etc.). Track daily call status, follow-ups, and outcomes. Use auto-dialer, call logging tools, and WhatsApp Business for outreach. 3. Multi-Channel Sales Communication Send emails, WhatsApp messages, SMS follow-ups. Use templates to automate communication at scale. Create lead nurturing sequences and follow-up schedules. 4. Training & Team Implementation Train new telesales executives (scripts, objection handling, CRM usage). Design onboarding plans and sales SOPs. Monitor team calls and provide feedback. 5. Sales Reporting & Process Optimization Track KPIs like call-to-conversion rate, lead aging, and daily productivity. Suggest improvements in pitch, follow-up timing, or CRM flows. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 4–6 years in inside sales/telesales, preferably in logistics, SaaS, fintech, or D2C. Personality: Aggressive caller, structured communicator, results-oriented. Skills: CRM: Zoho, HubSpot, or Freshsales Dialers: Exotel, Ozonetel, MyOperator Communication: Email, WhatsApp Business, SMS tools Tools: Google Sheets, basic Excel, Trello/ClickUp (optional for managing team tasks)
