We’re Hiring: Female Telesales Representative cum Office Administrator – Kozhikode We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized Female Telesales Representative cum Office Admin to join our team at our upcoming Smart Home Experience Center in Kozhikode . This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Role & Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls to follow up with customers and new leads Coordinate with field sales executives to schedule appointments and product demonstrations Manage sales inquiries , maintain customer databases, and ensure timely follow-ups Assist in basic office administration tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to closure Support daily operations of the Smart Home Experience Center Qualifications & Skills Strong background in sales, telecalling, and customer relationship management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam, English, and Hindi preferred) Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain offerings clearly Good problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking skills Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and sales management software Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Prior experience in office administration or front-desk management is an advantage Basic understanding or interest in smart home and IoT products will be a plus Location: Kozhikode Position: Full-time, On-site Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,370.42 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
