Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential business clients.
  • Understand customer needs and present relevant product solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
  • Gather market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in sales meetings, reporting performance, and planning strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude with persuasive selling techniques.
  • Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
  • Good listening skills and customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
