Job Description – Sales Team Lead (Any Time Diesel | ATD)   We are looking for a Sales Team Lead with 4–6 years of experience to manage our ATD (Any Time Diesel) sales activities in Hyderabad.   Key Responsibilities:   Plan and execute area-wise / zone-wise sales across Hyderabad.   Manage door-to-door sales activities, drive conversions, and ensure coverage.   Set up and manage stalls/kiosks to promote ATD and generate leads.   Track daily sales, monitor performance, and guide the field team.   Motivate, train, and lead the sales team to achieve targets.     What we expect:   4–6 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to field sales in Hyderabad.   Strong knowledge of Hyderabad’s topography (areas, societies, commercial hubs).   Hands-on experience in stall/kiosk-based promotions.   Proven ability in team tracking, monitoring, and leadership.   Someone proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a start-up environment.     Location: Hyderabad
