Sales Team Leader

Redcliffe Labs is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Sales to manage and drive a high-performing Tele Sales team

Job Title: Team Leader – Sales (BPO / Diagnostics)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of tele-sales executives to achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.

2. Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality & compliance standards

.3. Drive conversions through effective sales strategies and coaching.

4. Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.

5. Conduct daily huddles and regular feedback sessions to improve team performance.

6. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient handling of queries and follow-ups.

7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales processes

Required Skills & Experience

1. Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Team Leader – Sales in a BPO setup.

2.Experience in the Diagnostic / Healthcare industry is mandatory.

3.Strong communication, analytical, and team management skills.

4.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

5.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively

.6.Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools.
